You performed an immune blot/western blot for your protein of interest from three different cell lines and observe the results below. One cell line, cell line #1, shows your protein of interest running at approximately 17 kD in size. However, when extracted from cell lines #2 and cell lines #3 the protein of interest runs close to 43 kD.
